Rob Pearce has 28 years of operational and leadership experience in the financial services industry with Bank of Montreal. Rob retired from BMO in 2006 as President and CEO of Personal and Commercial Banking, the bank's large-scale retail operation in Canada.
A focus of Rob's career has been the card and payments industries. He has extensive operating experience in credit card, debit card, and pre-paid cards in both card issuing and merchant acceptance in Canada and the United States. Rob was a longtime director of Mastercard International, Interac Association (Canada's national debit card system), and was a founder/director of Moneris Solutions Inc.
Currently, Rob is an investor/advisor/director with numerous mid-market enterprises, with a focus on card and payments related businesses.
Rob has an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
