Our mission

Rick Croswell is an experienced business leader with expertise in marketing consumer services, developing innovative products and implementing and managing large scale operational strategies.

Rick has 29 years of consumer lending, marketing and operational management experience.  As a senior executive with MBNA America, Rick held leadership positions in Product Development, Advertising, Marketing, Sales, Risk Management, and Service Quality Management.  He was directly associated with the innovation, development and market delivery of the credit card industry’s first non-American Express ‘Platinum’ card.

Rick also maintains extensive experience in operations management, having managed MBNA’s Customer Service call centers, IVR development, Billing Dispute, Customer Retention, and Telemarketing businesses. 

Most recently, Rick was involved with the transition and successful completion of the MBNA / Bank of America integration of the Credit Card portfolio.  In 2009, he left Bank of America to focus on investment and consulting activities.

Rick is a graduate of the University of Maryland (B.A.), and the School of Bank Marketing, Boulder, Colorado (graduate with distinction).
